Important dates
Registration and payment of fees are required for attending any of the conference events. Attendees must wear their name badge at all times at the conference and during the social events, as it is the official entrance pass to the sessions.
For social events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.

For extended abstracts to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one author must be registered by the early registration deadline (26 April) and attend the conference to present the contribution.
Each registration covers the publication of one extended abstract in the SEED conference proceedings. If a registered author participates with more than one extended abstract, the “Extra contribution” fee is applicable to the second and subsequent ones.
Cancellations made on or before 19 June will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made after 19 June will receive no refund.
