Besides, you will enjoy the cuisine that combines modern, innovative, and avant-garde cuisine with the essence of traditional Mediterranean cuisine. On Thursday, we will join you in celebrating the conference dinner at the El Mirador de Only YOU on the top floor of the 5-star hotel Only YOU in downtown Valencia. SEED delegates will have the opportunity to enjoy the rich artistic heritage of one of the largest historical centers in Europe, full of art and masterpieces from previous civilizations.

SEED will conclude with a Farewell Wine held at the Faculty Hall for colleagues’ enjoyment.
