Conference dates

Researchers, academics, and practitioners are invited to submit proposals for workshops at the SEED conference. The purpose of workshops is to give room for presenting ideas and discussing preliminary results in an interactive atmosphere while focusing on a specific topic. Workshops may be proposed for a min of 1.5 hours and a max of 3 hours in length. It should encourage lively debates and stimulate the production of new ideas and the discussion of controversial issues.

The workshop findings will be published as a book with a DOI and ISBN. The workshop organizers can publish their results and organize a call for extended abstracts for their workshops. The final version of the extended abstract submission will be on July 28, 2024. The expected book publication date is November 2024.

Review Criteria

The decision on acceptance or rejection of a workshop proposal will be made based on the overall quality of the proposal and its potential to attract a sufficiently broad community. Other factors, such as the degree of overlap with other workshop proposals or issues regarding logistics, will also be considered when making the final decision.

The submitted proposal for a workshop should address research topics that fall in the general scope of the SEED Conference.
